The Site is a showcase website: it has no account creation, no logged-in area and no processing of health data. The only personal data that may be processed is:

• Demo requests — first name, last name, work email, practice name and, if you provide it, phone number. This information reaches us by email (the form prepares a message from your own email client).
• Newsletter — your work email address, if you subscribe.
• Direct correspondence — the data you choose to share when writing to contact@dalia.pro.
• Technical data — connection logs (IP address, timestamps, pages visited) generated by our hosting provider for security and operational purposes.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to your demo or contact requests — pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Sending you our newsletter — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), withdrawable at any time via the unsubscribe link or on request.
• Ensuring the security and operation of the Site — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is never sold, rented or used for targeted advertising.

4. Recipients and processors

Data is accessible only to authorized KL Sterling staff. It may be processed by our technical providers acting as processors:

• Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting of the Site. Any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Our email and mailing providers, for correspondence and newsletter delivery.

5. Retention periods

• Prospects (demo, contact) — 3 years from your last contact.
• Newsletter — until you withdraw your consent.
• Technical logs — 12 months maximum.

6. Cookies

The Site sets no cookies at all: no advertising cookies, no analytics trackers, no functional cookies. This is why no consent banner is shown. Should cookies be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be collected beforehand.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data, as well as the right to set directives for your data after your death.

To exercise them, write to contact@dalia.pro. We will reply within one month. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

8. Security

KL Sterling implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access restrictions and data minimization.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the Site or to regulations. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page. In the event of a substantial change, a notice will be displayed on the Site.
