1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms of use (“Terms”) govern access to and browsing of dalia.pro (the “Site”), published by KL Sterling (see the legal notice). By using the Site, you accept these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. Scope of the Site

The Site is a showcase website presenting the Dalia solution, designed for dental care professionals. It does not allow account creation, access to the Dalia platform, or any processing of patient data.

Use of the Dalia platform (app.dalia.pro) is governed by separate contractual terms entered into between KL Sterling and client practices. In the event of any conflict, those contractual terms prevail over these Terms with respect to the platform.

3. Access to the Site

The Site is available free of charge, 24/7, subject to interruptions required for maintenance or updates, or resulting from causes beyond KL Sterling's control (network failure, hosting provider, force majeure). KL Sterling does not guarantee continuous availability or the absence of errors, and cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the Site's unavailability.

4. Informational nature of the content

Content published on the Site (feature descriptions, figures, testimonials, articles) is provided for information purposes and may change at any time. It does not constitute a contractual offer or medical, legal or professional advice. The characteristics and conditions of the Dalia solution are set out in the contractual documentation provided to clients.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and each of its elements (text, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, code) are protected by intellectual property law. KL Sterling grants you a strictly personal and private right to view the Site. Any reproduction, representation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, for any other purpose without prior written authorization is prohibited.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

• disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Site (intrusion, overloading, circumvention of security measures);
• automatically extract all or part of the Site's content, including for model-training purposes, without authorization;
• use the Site for unlawful purposes or contrary to these Terms.

7. External links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (social networks, partners). KL Sterling has no control over these sites and accepts no liability for their content or practices.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data related to the use of the Site is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

KL Sterling may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site at the time of your visit; the date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Montpellier, France, subject to mandatory rules protecting non-professionals.
